Parents and carers know their children best, and so we ensure that wherever possible, provision is co-constructed to best meet individual needs.
This can include:
discussions about additional targeted academic support
shaping support for wellbeing and social and emotional needs
sharing progress in relation to specific targets on indiviudual support plans
co-creating personalised provision maps
annual review meetings to discuss progress against EHCP targets
