Physical Education is very important to us all here at Martello, we look to make sure our pupils are all happy and healthy and regular exercise to the best of each individual's ability is a viable way to achieve this. During lockdown, that idea does not falter and our P.E department have prepared numerous videos with exercises, routines and more for you to practice at home to stay of healthy body and mind.
