Bed times can be a nightmare!
Experts have found that poor sleep in children can lead to illness, challenging behaviour and lack of concentration in class.
Did you know that the recommended amount of sleep for:-
Children aged 4 is 11.5 hours
Children aged 5 is 11 hours
Children aged 6 is 10.75 hours
Children aged 7 is 10.5 hours
Children aged 8 is 10.25 hours
Children aged 9 is 10 hours
Children aged 10 is 9.75 hours
So we are setting you and the children a sleep challenge!
From 17th February to the 9th March, it will be your mission to sign your little one’s challenge sheet when they have completed their daily sleep routine. You would have received a Sleep Challenge booklet or use the PDF attached.
All completed challenges will receive a certificate and winners will be chosen at random for a special prize!
